Thank you for choosing DVH Salon. To ensure every appointment runs smoothly, please read our Booking Policy before making your booking.
By booking an appointment with DVH Salon, you agree to the following terms.
Deposits
A Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure all appointments.
Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment, with the remaining balance payable in the salon on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit transferred to the new appointment.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment.
If DVH Salon needs to cancel your appointment, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in:
• A reduced appointment time
• A late arrival fee
• Your appointment being rescheduled
• Cancellation of your appointment if there is insufficient time to complete the service safely
Where your appointment can still go ahead despite a late arrival, DVH Salon reserves the right to apply a late arrival fee to compensate for lost appointment time and disruption to the salon schedule.
No Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
Future bookings may require payment in full at the time of booking.
Hair Requirements
If you are supplying your own hair, it must be clean, suitable for installation and ready before your appointment.
DVH salon reserves the right to refuse the installation of hair that is unsuitable, excessively damaged or unhygienic.
DVH Hair Orders
If your appointment includes DVH Extensions hair, full payment for the hair is required before your appointment to reserve your order. Hair orders are prepared specifically for each client and cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing has begun.
Additional Services
Please ensure all required services and add-ons are selected when booking your appointment.
Additional services requested on the day can only be accommodated if time allows and may incur additional charges.
Children & Guests
To ensure a relaxing experience for all clients and to maintain a safe working environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving a service attend their appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please let a member of our team know before leaving the salon so we have the opportunity to address them.
Right to Refuse Service
DVH Salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate or where a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening or disrespectful towards our team.
Changes to This Policy
DVH Salon reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy at any time. Any updates will be published on this page.
