Hair Extensions
Raw Hair is minimally processed and offers the most natural appearance and longest lifespan, typically lasting 2–3 years with proper care. Virgin Hair has undergone light processing for texture consistency and can last up to 12 months or more with proper maintenance.

Yes. Our hair can be professionally coloured. We recommend using a qualified colour specialist for the best results.
Yes. Curly textures can be straightened and later restored to their original curl pattern with proper washing and care.

Yes. We offer professional custom colouring services on selected products.

Wigs
Ready-to-Wear wigs are pre-made and ready for immediate use. Custom Wigs are handcrafted and customised specifically to your chosen specifications.
Yes. We offer customisation options including colour, density, length, lace type, styling, and hairline customisation.
Most custom wig orders require additional processing time depending on the level of customisation requested.
Yes. Most wigs can be coloured by a professional colourist provided they have not already undergone extensive processing.
With proper care and maintenance, our wigs can last several years.
Many of our wigs can be worn glueless. Product descriptions will specify construction details.
Store your wig on a mannequin head or wig stand away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to maintain its shape and longevity.
Most wigs should be washed every 10–20 wears depending on product build-up and usage.

No. Most clients know exactly what they want and can order directly from our website. However, if you're unsure about texture, colour, length, or installation method, we recommend booking a consultation.

Yes. We offer both virtual and in-person consultations.
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Salon Bookings
Yes. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time or rescheduling depending on availability.
Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
No. Due to the nature of salon services, refunds are not offered.
Yes. We offer installation services for both client-supplied hair and DVH Extensions hair. Please ensure your hair is suitable for installation and brought with you to your appointment.
No. Washing services are available where required.
There is no dedicated salon parking. Pay-and-display parking is available on surrounding roads.

Shipping & Delivery

UK Standard Delivery: 5–7 Working Days. UK Next Working Day Delivery Available. International Standard Delivery: 5–10 Working Days. International Express Delivery: 1–3 Working Days.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Custom and coloured orders may require additional processing time.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Address changes are not possible once an order has been placed. If you contact us immediately, we may be able to cancel the order so that a new order can be placed with the correct address.
Courier delays are outside of our control, but we will assist wherever possible.
Yes. Next Working Day Delivery is available on eligible products. Customised and coloured orders may require additional processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible unused products may be returned in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened hair products cannot be returned.

Hair Care & Maintenance
We recommend sulphate-free shampoos, moisturising conditioners, heat protectants, and lightweight oils.
Typically every 1–2 weeks depending on product build-up and lifestyle.
Yes. We recommend tying the hair into a loose braid or ponytail and sleeping on a satin pillowcase or bonnet.
Regular maintenance, proper brushing, heat protection, professional aftercare, and quality products will maximise longevity.
