Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of human hair products and hygiene regulations, strict return conditions apply.

Eligible Returns

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • Product remains unused
  • Product remains unworn
  • Product remains unopened where applicable
  • Original packaging remains intact
  • Security tags remain attached
  • Return requested within 14 days of delivery

Wig Returns Policy

Ready-To-Wear Wigs

Ready-to-wear wigs may only be returned if:

  • Wig has not been worn
  • Lace has not been cut
  • Wig has not been brushed
  • Wig has not been washed
  • Wig has not been coloured
  • Wig has not been altered
  • Security tags remain attached
  • Original packaging is intact

Custom-Made Wigs

Due to the personalised nature of custom-made wigs, all custom wig orders are final sale.

This includes wigs customised for:

  • Cap size
  • Colour
  • Density
  • Lace specifications
  • Styling preferences
  • Length requirements

Lace & Wig Inspection

We strongly recommend inspecting your wig before cutting the lace or making any alterations. Once lace has been cut, removed or altered, the wig becomes non-returnable.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photographs of item
  • Photographs of packaging where applicable

Custom Wig Appointments

For custom wig services carried out at DVH Salon:

  • Wig units should be dropped off or posted at least 3 working days before the fitting appointment.
  • Same-day customisation requests may incur additional fees.
  • Additional charges will always be confirmed before work begins.

Important Purchasing Information

Human hair is a natural product. Hair texture, colour and appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Lighting
  • Screen settings
  • Photography
  • Natural characteristics of human hair

Customers unsure about colour or texture are encouraged to order a Texture & Colour Match Sample or book a consultation before purchasing.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number so our team can investigate.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are not possible once an order has been placed. If an address change is required, contact us immediately so we can attempt to cancel the order before dispatch. A new order will then need to be placed using the correct address.
