• Consultation duration: 30 minutes
• Bringing reference photos is encouraged
• For the most accurate colour match, please attend with your hair styled as you normally wear it
• Consultation fee is redeemable against your hair purchase or booking when you proceed with a DVH Extensions service within 30 days

Important EU Notice:
DVH Extensions does not cover customs duties or import charges. Any applicable fees must be paid by the customer.

USA Delivery Options
• USA Standard Tracked Delivery (5–7 working days) – £9.99
• USA Express Delivery (1–3 working days) – £25.00

Important USA Notice:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. DVH Extensions does not cover these charges. Orders held in customs due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refund until returned to us.

Rest of World Delivery
• International Tracked Delivery (5–10 working days) – £12.95

We do not offer exchanges. However, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the hair has not been worn, tampered with, or removed from its original condition.

• Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item
• During peak periods, please allow up to 21 working days

Custom wigs, coloured items, and personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
