The duration of your appointment will depend on the amount of hair being installed.

Up to 200g: Approximately 2 hours 30mins
Additional 100g: Allow an extra 30 minutes

Examples:

200g = 2hours 30 minutes
300g = 3 hours 
400g = 3 hours 30 minutes

Please ensure sufficient time is booked based on the amount of hair being installed.

LA Weaves should typically be maintained every 3–4 weeks depending on your natural hair growth and lifestyle & removed after 6-8weeks

Regular maintenance appointments help prevent matting, slippage, and unnecessary tension on your natural hair.

With proper care and maintenance, DVH Hair can be reused multiple times for future installations.

Please arrive with:

Clean, freshly washed hair
No oils, leave-in conditioners, or heavy styling products
Fully detangled hair

If you have booked a Wash & Blow Dry add-on, you do not need to arrive with freshly washed hair, as this will be completed during your appointment.

If you have booked a Detangling Service add-on, your hair does not need to be fully detangled before arrival.

Failure to follow these preparation guidelines without the appropriate add-ons booked may result in additional charges, appointment delays, or the service being rescheduled where necessary.

LA Weaves are suitable for most hair types that are healthy enough to support extension installations.

We highly recommend Genius Wefts for LA Weave installations. Due to their ultra-thin construction, Genius Wefts lay significantly flatter against the scalp, creating a more discreet, comfortable, and natural-looking finish.

They are particularly beneficial for clients who wear their hair up regularly, have finer hair, or prefer the least detectable installation possible.

While Machine Wefts can be used, they are thicker at the seam and may create additional bulk. Clients seeking the most seamless finish and maximum comfort will achieve the best results with Genius Wefts.

Additional bundles may be required depending on your desired density, length, and final look.

DVH Extensions reserves the right to recommend an alternative extension method if an LA Weave is not suitable for your hair type or condition.

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is payable in salon on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time, additional charges, or cancellation of the appointment.
• Where a service can still be completed despite a late arrival, DVH salon reserves the right to apply a late arrival fee to compensate for lost appointment time and disruption to the salon schedule.
